We had a nice brunch with my family for Easter. We were notably missing a few family members. Jesse is off at work in the Eastern Mediterranean. Ned had a nasty stomach bug so he stayed home with Mike nursing him back to health. Elliott hunted for eggs before we sat down for brunch. Here is his search.
Found one!
He spotted most of them on his own but needed help on a few.

At one point, Elliott realized that the eggs opened and there were goodies inside. The first one he opened had M&Ms inside. He had never had them. He is not keen on trying new things so he handed them to me (score!) and moved on to an egg with raisins.
Elliott is still very interested in wheels. This bear was around when my mother was a child. Ned used to be so terrified of it that we could put it near the stairs to keep him away from them. Elliott doesn't display any of the same fears and is instead focused on the wheels.
Fist bump for Coco. He says "boom" as he does it. It's hilarious. He went around the room giving each person a fist bump.
The Easter Bunny brought a parachuting toy bunny. Coco went upstairs and dropped it off the balcony for Elliott. Look! She's way up there.
Bunny in flight makes for smiles.
Coming down . . .
To the floor.
Thanks to the Easter Bunny for all the eggs and the basket of goodies. Same time, same place, next year.
