Pumpkinville 2013

During Grandma Sue's visit, we went on a Special Adventure to Pumpkinville and then lunch in Ellicottville. We went to Pumpkinville last year also. This may become an annual trip.

Elliott was very excited to pet all the animals. Goats.

Hanging on the fence.

Pigs and their curly tails (we talk about the curly tails). Dutch was able to come too and was interested in the animals also.

Bunnies.

Sheep.

They had these awesome giant pillow for kids to run and jump on. It took us quite a while to convince Elliott to venture on to the top.

He finally got up there and ran around for a bit . . .

But, then it was time for the cow train.

The cow train was a BIG hit. He went on two times in a row.

Look at that face.

And that one. I can't get enough of it.

Then we went on the "hayride." Interesting name for it given the lack of hay. Elliott calls it the "John Deere Tractor Ride."

Cute clasped hands.

He loves trains! We went to another park this week with a similar train and he was similarly obsessed.

Pulling a wagon in search of the perfect pumpkin.

Oh! This is his heavy face. We brought this warty pumpkin home.

Lucy was clearly very happy.

Mom! Over here!

I love my family!

Flashback to our 2012 visit to Pumpkinville. Last year's heavy face.

Our family in 2012. We've grown by two (Lucy and Dutch)!

We went to dinner at Amy's house that night. Thanks, Amy!! Elliott needed a little quiet time with a tractor movie to stay out of trouble. I love the clasped hands again.
