Jesse missed most of summer being away at work so we opted for a quiet weekend in East Aurora, instead of spending Labor Day weekend in Canada like we usually do.

We went to the Smiths' house for dinner on Saturday night. Per usual, there was a photo shoot with the girls. Leigh put lots of pictures up on her blog.

Holly, Laura, and I put the "labor" in the Labor Day by spending the day canning. It was a ton of work but great fun and we have lots to show for it!
